Debora Clark’s “day job” is as a Human Resources and Talent Management Professional that is passionate about developing talent, creating an inclusive culture, and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best selves to work. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree in Office Administration from James Madison University (Go Dukes!). Debora’s “yayy job” focuses personally and professionally on volunteering. She has held the positions of Vice President and Vice President of Operations in the Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement Employee Resource Group where she currently works and is very active with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Debora has a competitive side and always challenges herself with various activities including entering a baking contest where she created a cake into a Nikon Canon Camera, changing her priorities so that she lives a healthy lifestyle, and devising ways to provide financial wellness to underserved communities. The loves of Debora’s life are her nephews, creating digital abstract art, baking, and traveling far, far away from her home in Virginia.
