Iris Conley Nance hails from Nashville, Tennessee and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tennessee State University. As the owner of a Farmers Insurance affiliated agency for over 25 years, Iris has the experience and expertise to best serve her clients with the multiple insurance and financial security products available. She will provide the professional perspective you need to help build a solid financial strategy – even if you don’t have much investing experience. Iris has won several awards and achievements with Farmers Insurance to include Topper Club which recognizes the top 10% of agents in the country.

After a decade of serving as a Senior Bank Examiner with the FDIC, Iris revels in the freedom of her chosen role and the opportunities afforded to help clients reach their financial goals. Iris currently serves as President of the Tidewater Chapter National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Association (NAIFA). She has also served as a member of the Farmers Agents’ Advisory Council for the Tidewater Region and currently mentors students at the Kempsville High School Entrepreneurship and Business Academy and Envision Lead Grow, a nonprofit organization inspiring middle school girls to become entrepreneurs.

When not serving as a valued advisor to her clients, Iris enjoys singing and as an avid cyclist, she has participated in several charity rides including the American Diabetes Tour De Cure and National MS Society. Iris is married to Ben, and they are the proud parents of twin daughters, Ashley and Megan.
