As a firm believer that we must always attempt to ‘lift as we climb’, Dr. Angela D. Reddix, Ebony Magazine’s Power 100 list honoree, had a dream to bring women-of-color and allies together to learn the fundamentals of wealth and to translate the conversation into action. The RR Fund was born as a lab where we discover, challenge, and grow our perspective of the “almighty dollar” in the form of investment opportunities, events, and educational programs.

Angela Rosel is the founder and owner of AR Capital Investments. Growing up around parents who owned rental property, a mother who was a real estate agent and a father who enjoyed performing rehabs on his properties, Angela developed an interest in real estate and knew there were endless possibilities in the real estate investment world. In early 2021, Angela, as a side hustle began assisting Sellers and Buyers nationwide with selling and acquiring investment properties. She quickly realized that not only did she enjoy the service she provided to her Sellers and Buyers, but that she had a passion and understanding for real estate investing. Angela went full-time into her real estate career in May of 2021. Within six months, she had twenty-five real estate transactions nationwide under her belt and fifteen more were in the process of closing. Recently, Angela has begun the process of acquiring her own investment properties that will be used as rentals, equity investment opportunities and fix and flips. Angela earned a B.S in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas and a M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at RGV. She spent many years as a high school and collegiate track and field coach, a teacher, and working in the health and fitness industry prior to her real estate career.
Ginny Neal has spent two decades in the financial industry both as an attorney and a financial advisor. She began her career at the multinational law firm of Greenberg Traurig where she practiced in the fields of corporate and securities law and private mergers and acquisitions. Through her extensive work with senior business executives and their financial and investment banking advisors, she developed the qualities that she believes are essential to be successful in business – a keen intuition, an ability to weigh risk, and perhaps most importantly, the guts to move forward quickly and decisively when opportunity knocks. Raymond graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Finance and attended medical school for 2 years prior to embarking on his career in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industries. He has accumulated over 18 years of experience investing in early to late-stage companies, fundraising for companies and investment funds, operating in CFO and COO roles, and exiting investments via M&A and IPO.
Branden Coluccio is the managing director of Relentless Ventures, a boutique advisory firm built exclusively for successful business owners, who want to accelerate growth, expand profitability, and maximize enterprise value on the road to a major exit. Relentless Ventures is the culmination of Branden’s mistakes and successes, combined with a powerful Rolodex of deal makers and advisors. Prior to starting his own firm, Branden spent his early career in M&A advisory focused on the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Branden then moved into private equity at Capital Solutions, a Mid-Atlantic based firm dedicated to real estate and operating business acquisitions, where he developed expertise in transaction structuring, raising capital, growing, and exiting businesses. Branden later went on to acquire, build, and exit seven and eight figure businesses of his own, including a real estate development firm called Captiva Capital Partners that executed three projects totaling nearly $45MM in developed value – all of which were sold. Yanely Espinal, director of educational outreach, Next Gen Personal Finance; creator, MissBeHelpful. Born and raised by Dominican immigrant parents in Brooklyn, Yanely is a proud product of NYC public schools. She received a full scholarship to Brown University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2011. As a Teach For America corps member, Yanely taught third and fourth grade in Canarsie, Brooklyn, and later received her master’s degree from Relay Graduate School of Education in 2013. After paying off $20,000 of credit card debt, she discovered a passion for financial literacy and created an educational YouTube channel, called MissBeHelpful. Yanely currently serves as the director of educational outreach at Next Gen Personal Finance. In her spare time, Yanely loves to listen to audio books and podcasts, dance, sew, and babysit her eight nieces and nephews.

She’s spent years developing linear and digital campaigns for Fortune 500 brands including AT&T, P&G, General Motors, Taco Bell, Coke/Sprite and Fiat. With a focus on strategic partnerships, sponsorship management and branded content production, Vanessa is a client-centric people person that prides herself in delivering best-in-class integrated experiences.
Being passionate about social responsibility led to her work with Moms of Black Boys United. Inc. This nationally recognized non-profit is focused on changing the perception of boys and men of color in hopes that they can influence the way they are treated by law enforcement and society. Under her leadership as Executive Director, and now board member, the group that started out with 30 moms on Facebook grew to a national organization with a following of almost 200,000 Moms across the country. Along with being recognized for being one of the driving forces behind the Georgia Hate Crimes Bill and the Justice in Policing Act, the organization has guided and provided support to numerous mothers who have lost their sons race-related unjustified violence.
Her first-hand experience as a social justice advocate combined with her extensive career in brand marketing has charged her with the motivation and a sense of responsibility to address Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in entertainment.
Chanté Torrane Moore is an American singer-songwriter, actress, television personality, and author. Rising to fame in the early 1990s, Moore established herself as an R&B singer. Her debut studio album Precious was released in 1992. The album was certified gold by the RIAA on November 14, 1994, in the United States, spawning such R&B hits as “Love’s Taken Over” and “It’s Alright”. Released in 1994, her second album, A Love Supreme, did not achieve the same success as her debut album.

Erica Duignan Minnihan is Founder and General Partner at Reign Ventures, a Seed Stage Venture fund that invests in consumer tech and software startups with underrepresented founders. Erica has been an active investor in and advisor to early-stage companies for over 15 years. Before launching Reign, she was Founding Partner of 1000 Angels, Managing Director at DreamIt Ventures and Executive Director at both STAR Angel Network and Golden Seeds. Prior to beginning a career in venture, she practiced Investment Banking at Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Cantor Fitzgerald. Erica earned her BA in Business Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance with honors from Columbia Business School. She has also made regular appearances on MSNBC and CNBC on “App Wars”, “Your Business” and “Crowd Rules” as a startup investor. She is a mother of three and lives with her family in New York City.
José Torres is Senior Economist at Interactive Brokers. In this capacity, he is responsible for economic analysis, economic commentary and educational content focused on the economy. Prior to joining Interactive Brokers, José spent 6 years working as an economist in the United States government within the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). During his time with the U.S. government, José frequently led presentations covering economic conditions and forecasts for elected officials, political appointees and senior management. He also built economic models, consulted with private sector executives, contributed to the modernization of economic processes and gained recognition for predicting the inflationary episode of the 2020s. José has also been a professor of economics at the City University of New York and holds a master’s degree in financial economics from West Texas A&M University. His skillset includes the ability to communicate and analyze complex economic topics in English and in Spanish and throughout his career, he has been interviewed by media outlets including Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, WSJ, AP, Yahoo Finance, Cheddar, Business Insider, Seeking Alpha, PBS, FOX, Economic Times, Univision, Telemundo and others.
